Floor Plan Feature: One-Bedrooms

An one-bedroom apartment living room in Fourth Street East in the Jack London Square district. There are large windows, natural light, high ceilings, and modern decor.

Sunny and spacious, our one-bedroom apartment layout designed to direct natural light from enormous windows to flow through the open floorpan, brightening the living spaces, and shining off stainless steel appliances. We have multiple floor plans. Some have three versions, two which are almost identical save for being mirrored from each other and one with an additional loft adding extra floor space.

Our One-Bedroom Apartments

This floor plan features a spacious great room connected to a modern kitchen by a marble kitchen island. Our apartment units have luxury wood-look flooring. There is one master bedroom, kept private from the living space and featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for that extra morning light. There’s an extra closet, which can be used for seasonal items or as a walk-in pantry, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

The rest of Fourth Street East offers space to spread out with our sky lounge, pool, coworking space, and gym.

Kitchen

The kitchen come in two themes — contemporary and classic — which refer to the style of the cabinets and countertops. Webster kitchens have a kitchen island, a farmhouse sink with a retractable faucet, and stainless steel appliances. Slow-close cabinets and doors and recessed lighting brings extra luxury to your everyday moments. The Franklin floor plans and some Jackson floor plans also have a kitchen island.

Great Room

This flexible and spacious room can be used as a living room, a living/dining combo, or whatever your heart desires. Our large windows look over Jack London Square in many units and some even get a view of the Bay Bridge. We have custom roller shades so you have control over visibility.

Bathroom

Our peaceful bathroom area has a deep soaking tub and fully tiled shower walls. The built-in shelves provide extra room for organizing toiletries.

We bring our apartments into the 21st century by providing modern smart features like keyless entry, Smart Nest thermometers, and smart light switches.

Walk-In Closets

Some of our one-bedroom units have walk-in closets. These floor plans include The Jackson (along with The Jackson Loft and The Jackson Deluxe) and The Jefferson.
